Info

We are located in the former boiler building of the old hospital now known as Eastside Brick.  Built to reflect the artistic community that thrives in the Eastside Brick, the Boiler Room Coffee shop, incorporates artwork from local artists, some pretty cool branding graphics, and pulls off a really unique industrial feel without losing its cozy coffee shop atmosphere.

Check us out on Google maps

We have plenty of parking, and we are close to the doctors office of Jennifer Hawes, the law offices of Henning and Keedy, and we are near the studios of Tregg Miller, Andrew Geiger and Karen Leigh. For all the Eastside parents we are also across the street from Hedges school so stop in for a coffee or a bite to eat before or after you drop the kids off, or bring them in for an after school treat!

Opening hours are from 7-6 Monday to Friday, with late night opening on Friday for either Movie night or Open Mic night. At the weekends we are open 8-3 for our special Waffle Weekends.

About The Coffee House

After completing the remodel of the Eastside Brick Vince and Charlette Padilla turned their attention to the Boiler Room. Located in the rebuilt boiler building on the corner of 8th St and 6th Ave we are in the center of the Eastside community. Because of this our hope is to maintain a community atmosphere that promotes strong ties to  local artists as well as offering really great coffee and food!

The Eastside Brick was a huge success and is now home to Residents, Artist, Doctors, Lawyers, Psychologists, and now a coffee shop. The Eastside Brick has a great vibe for anyone who is creative, and walking through the hallways you will see this creativity at every turn. From the artwork on the wall to the unique finish each condo and suite has. Our hope is that this  creativity and artistic vibe will spill over into our coffee shop (we will try not to spill the actual coffee!).

Our website, graphics and all our branding was designed by Neill McShea, from Pressed Designs. The goal was to design a logo and branding that would reflect the buildings original purpose, which had an industrial feel being a boiler building for the old hospital, but to do so without losing the cozy coffee shop feel we wanted to create with this space. The result is now visible on our cups, website, punch-cards….everything really!

Take a look at some of our posts on the site, our hope is to use the site to let people know about the coffee shop, from the artwork on the wall to the compostable to-go cups. We will have posts on our coffee, which is from Caffe Vita in Seattle, and articles on our various grocery items which are all sourced from the North-West Region. But most of all don’t forget to come down for probably the best cup of coffee in Kalispell.
