Our Events Room is available for your function. Perfect for Art Shows, Album Release’s, Meetings, Private Functions, Classes and more.
The Events room has seating for up to 50 people, wall space and lighting for art, a 1000 lbs African hard wood conference table with seating for 18 people, wireless internet, and a projector for use with your own laptop or computer.
The events room is free to use during open business hours if you are purchasing food and drink from the Boiler Room, up to 2 hours.
After 2 hours the rate is $20 an hour, up to $120 for full days use. $120 is the rate for use of the room after normal business hours. Only 1 event can be booked at a time. Don’t forget to ask about our catering options for your function

Direct Sales Parties? Hello – I would like to ask what your normal business hours are and on the availability of your Events Room for a Direct Sales Party venue. Thanks for getting back to me.
Thank you for your interest Mary. Our normal business hours at the Boiler Room Coffee House here in Kalispell are 7-6 Monday to Thursday, 7-10 on Friday and 8-3 on the weekends. We are open 7 days a week. We may be reviewing our hours for the summer month, and if so this will be published on the website. If you want to contact us by phone, maybe we can talk a little more about your even and see if we can figure something out for you. Call the store on 406 260 4122.
Can we reserve this room again on Tuesday May 25th from 12:15-1:45? Is it available?
I’m teaching a continuing education course at FVCC based on the book The Artist’s Way. I’d like to hold the classes in your meeting room. The classes would run for 12 Tuesdays 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Sept. 14 through Nov. 30th.
